A founding principal of SvN, Drew Sinclair leads over 100 multidisciplinary practitioners dedicated to regenerative and transformative city design. SvN’s areas of expertise are integrated multimodal transit solutions, design interventions to address the housing affordability crisis, and solutions for post-carbon cities. Its current projects include Toronto’s new Rail Deck District and next generation of transit-oriented communities. Sinclair serves on various boards, including the Centre for Urban Growth and Renewal, whose Tower Renewal Partnership addresses the environmental and social futures of mid-century tower communities.
