The creative director at Marcel Wanders’s studio, where he oversees all projects for such renowned brands as Kartell, Poliform, Flos, Cappellini, B&B Italia, Baccarat, KLM and Moooi — from products to interiors and art direction — Gabriele Chiave is driven by a desire to ignite meaningful interaction between product and consumer. Having lived in Metz, Dakar, Caracas, Buenos Aires, Rome, Milan and now Amsterdam, Chiave has a global design perspective like no other. Early in his career, Chiave worked in Milan for several Italian studios and companies and participated in and organized design workshops with Alessi.
