Based in Princeton and Cambridge, Massachusetts, landscape architect Lauren Stimson has worked on gardens and landscapes around the Northeast and the country, and is committed to studying the many ways history and lost ecologies can shape modern landscapes. Current work includes the framework plan for the Haystack Mountain School of Crafts in Deer Isle, Maine, the Amherst College Lyceum, and the Design Building at UMass Amherst. Projects like Hardberger Park in San Antonio and Pulaski Park in Northampton, Massachusetts, have been recognized with Honor Awards from the American Society of Landscape Architects.
